Who this is for
NorthAmericanRemoteIT is for organizations with remote staff or offices in both Canada and the United States. The usual fit is a firm of about 15 to 75 users that wants one help desk instead of a different provider in each city.
That includes a Canadian company with employees in the US, a US company with staff in Canada, and hybrid teams that move between home, a branch, and the road. If everyone sits in one office and most of the work is cabling or hands-on hardware, a local field provider may be a better everyday fit. We still coordinate local field service when physical work is required.
The service is remote-first. The company office is at 18 King Street East, Suite 1400, Toronto. Support for a user in another city is delivered over the network, not from a NorthAmericanRemoteIT branch in that city.
How remote support works
You get one help desk, open weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. After-hours support is available as an add-on. Users in both countries use the same queue. A 15-minute P1 response target applies to critical incidents: a widespread outage, a material security event, or an essential service that is down. That target is the time to acknowledge the incident and start qualified triage. It is a target in your agreement, and it is not a promise that every ticket is fully resolved in 15 minutes.
When something needs hands-on work, such as cabling or replacing a failed device, local field service is coordinated as part of the documented scope. Day-to-day requests, account changes, Microsoft 365 administration, monitoring, and patch coordination stay remote.
Group 4 Networks bills a flat monthly rate. The rate is scoped by users, devices, locations, and security needs. The proposal states what is included and what is excluded. We do not publish a price on this page.
Frequently asked questions
Can one provider support staff in Canada and the US?
Yes. NorthAmericanRemoteIT uses one help desk, one escalation path, and one set of documented priorities for users in both countries. Time zones are handled in the same ticket queue. The company office is in Toronto, and support is delivered remotely.
What happens when something needs hands-on work?
Most requests are handled remotely. When the work is physical, such as cabling or replacing failed hardware, local field service is coordinated as part of the documented scope. That coordination does not mean there is a NorthAmericanRemoteIT office in your city.
How is remote IT support priced?
Group 4 Networks bills a flat monthly rate scoped by users, devices, locations, and security needs. A proposal lists what is included and what is not. This page does not publish prices.
